Alternative Delivery

"Plan plan plan, and execute the plan" is the Great Lakes mantra that instills in every employee a responsibility to develop the safest, most efficient course to a quality product. With our experience in Design-Build, Design-Assist, Construction-Manager-at-Risk, and Owner-Controlled-Team-Project-Delivery projects, we are able to showcase many of our core philosophies at The Great Lakes Construction Co. Our greatest successes are on these types of projects with synergistic teams, partnering with owners who are receptive to our contribution.

With Great Lakes participating in open collaboration on these delivery methods alongside the owners and designers, project costs and time are able to be reduced before the project ever starts. We are able to assist in identifying risks, barriers, and constructability issues early and work as a team to alleviate all concerns. Through communicating honest and reliable commitments - then achieving them - Great Lakes quickly becomes a trusted partner to have on the team.

At Great Lakes, we have a highly technical staff, consisting of 90 technical degrees and 19 registered Professional Engineers serving as Estimators, Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Executives. This makes us well suited to collaborate with architects and design engineers on these alternate delivery projects.

We would welcome the opportunity to work with you and your team. Please contact Mark Grdina by phone at (330) 220-3937 or email mgrdina@GreatLakesWay.com to discuss your specific needs.
