Great Lakes partners to provide pre-apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programs through local unions and organizations that combine paid on-the-job training with classroom instruction to prepare workers for highly skilled careers. Workers benefit from the Apprenticeship Program by receiving a skills-based education that prepares them for the construction industry workforce. We sponsor and hire individuals representing the following trades: Carpenters, Cement Masons, Finishers, Laborers, Millwrights, Operating Engineers, Pile Drivers, and Teamsters.
