ODOT PROJECT 152-25
I-90 Major Rehabilitation
Cuyahoga County, OH
Over the late fall and winter months, Great Lakes completed the drainage scope of work on the ODOT I-90 Major Rehabilitation Project, including installation of more than 7,000 feet of storm sewer and 35 structures. The conduit ranged from 12” to 54” in diameter and reached depths of up to 38 feet, requiring innovative Support of Excavation (SOE) designs.
In addition to drainage work, the team completed reinforced concrete pavement installation on the West Blvd. to I-90 westbound and McKinley Ave. to I-90 westbound ramps, along with bridge deck edge and parapet reconstruction at the W. 140th Street bridge.
Phase 2 began in early April 2026 and will include ramp concrete pavement, construction of a concrete median barrier wall, and additional bridge rehabilitation work.
