Cutting Edge Training Facility in Hinckley

During the economic downfall of 2009, Great Lakes recognized the importance of investing in our employees and built a training facility at the Hinckley location. In the years since, over 3,000 individuals have utilized the training room. As we continue to implement GLOSS, one of its focal points is the career development for our greatest asset – our people. Looking at our growth potential and the continuing need to develop our workforce, management quickly realized the need to expand our current training facility with newer technology and larger capacity.

Construction of this state-of-the-art training facility began in October 2017 and was completed for our winter training season in February 2018. This practical and comfortable training environment will allow our employees to complement and enhance their knowledge and skills for the foreseeable future.
