At Great Lakes Construction, we are dedicated to actively engaging with and involving the community at every opportunity. Our outreach efforts focus on fostering growth, creating opportunities, and building strong relationships through three key pillars. Business development allows us to partner with local businesses, including small and minority-owned enterprises, to promote economic growth and shared success. Workforce development focuses on collaborating with technical schools, trade organizations, and community groups to prepare individuals for rewarding careers in construction and related industries. Additionally, we prioritize youth education by offering programs, mentorship, and hands-on experiences to inspire the next generation to explore opportunities in construction and engineering. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting positive impact wherever we operate.
