The Estecreek Project for the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority is now in its final phase of construction. The 17-acre site is being transformed into two industrial parcels, with work including site clearing and grubbing, moving over 90,000 cubic yards of cut and fill, constructing two detention ponds, and installing various pipe structures. Once complete, this redevelopment will provide the Port with two new ready-to-build industrial sites, positioning the area for future growth and economic opportunity.
