Great Lakes is nearing completion of the Eastern-Garrett project, which began in August 2025 and includes construction of access roads and associated pads. To date, 6.5 miles of road and 15 structure pads have been successfully completed. Crews are currently finalizing work on the remaining roads and pads while managing challenging weather in the mountains of Kentucky.
